AFAI is glad to announce that LILLE?RE (hull No. ASA083) was successfully launched on 20th Feb 2020 as scheduled after overcome many difficulties under coronavirus epidemic stage. This is a 296 PAX aluminum fast ferry built by AFAI to a Danish shiponwer.
LILLE?RE is designed by Incat Crowther with a length of 36m, beam of 10m, design draft 1.2m and design speed not lower than 25 knots. LILLE?RE was designed under a mature mother ship design of Incat Crowther, with exquisite appearance and delicate interior design. She is an aluminum catamaran fast ferry with good performance and high quality, tailored by Afai Southern Shipyard for the ship owner. The ferry has achieved the optimal balance in terms of fast speed, wave resistance, fuel economy and internal layout.
Commissioning of various systems has started gradually onboard of LILLE?RE, which means it is close to the successful delivery. LILLE?RE is the first passenger ferry exported by Afai Southern Shipyard to North Europe, which is also the first exportation of this type of product from China to North Europe. It means the high quality of AFAI product is recognized by developed market, demonstrating the brand strength of Afai Southern Shipyard.
