Pragmatic and Efficient, Enterprising and Discipline
The Process Group of production workshop in company, is mainly in charge of analyzing and refining the drawings from the Technical Center to guide the production, which act as a important bridge from the drawings to the practical production.
At present, the Process Group consists of five members led by Mr. Hua Xijun, teaming with the senior guiding the new to accomplish the arduous tasks by working overtime without caring about the personal gains and losses, which run a number of the projects smooth and plays a positive role to ensure the schedule.
The Process Group highly agree with the positive and prosperous environment in company. And the production in full indeed brings greater pressures on and also puts forward the higher requirements for them to take on more responsibilities. But they expressed, “we not only need to do our own jobs well, but also should actively learn advanced technologies and processes as technical reserves to build ships with higher quality for company”, and “to strike iron, one must stay strong”. They are willing to be the vanguard of the technology in company and contribute their strengths to improve the processes and technologies!
