Pragmatic and Efficient, Enterprising and Discipline
In 2014, guided by the correct decision of the Board of Directors, the leadership of Afai relies on all the staffs, works hard to expand business, in the situation of limit production capacity, sufficiently utilizes social resources, and tries best to expand shipbuilding in different places, therefore the company established the leadership team and work team, held mobilization meeting, all the staffs have assumed a vigor, every work was carried out in order, moreover the production and business keep good development momentum.
The preliminary work of shipbuilding in different places is laying foundation for shipbuilding workshop, the administration department and material management department as vanguard, are going ahead, they deliver material to the new workshop every week, and guarantee the logistic service of staffs in place, consider all the life demands for the staffs, such as the supplement of daily supplies of staff’s dormitory, furnish a warm and new dormitory for the staffs, in order to resolve worries behind.
The workshop is as the main force of expanding production this time, whose preliminary preparation and mobilization work are heavier. The workshop combined with the production condition, together with other departments made a detailed construction site planning, all the preparation work are in progress actively and tensely, to make the construction personnel preparation and arrangement as well as equipments and tools well. The new staffs need a process to adapt new environment, therefore the workshop made a meticulous mobilization work, actively collected everyone’s comments and reasonable advices and made response, to let the staffs put down mental load and actively committed to the production in the future. At present the preliminary preparation work in different places has been basically finished, recently the vice director of workshop headed a team to carried out development of construction work.
